By plane to Spain! We arrived in the evening in Calpe after a relaxed flight. We will train with the whole team for ten days to be prepared for the coming season. We didn't had a decent dinner and while the others preferred to go to bed, Monique, Heleen and I went out to get some food. In the nearest bar I ordered some nice bocadillos in my best Italian. Unbelieveable, the guy also spoke Italian, so once again I could practise my Italian (which is far better than my Spanish).

This morning I had my first meeting with my new racing bike! Wauw, it is beautiful, stiff and very light! I made some pictures of it with my new phone, but I have some troubles to get them on my computer, so pictures will follow later!

It is strange to be surrounded by my team mates again. Not because they are my team mates, just because they are all girls!!! Haha! I'm not used to that anymore! It is a lot of fun, we train hard, but enjoy it. For the Dutchies, you can also read some stories on leontien.nl
