It was hard to say everyone goodbye in Italy! After a wonderful lunch at Saturday we drove back to Holland. In the light of a full moon and listening to the music of Pavarotti we passed the Brenner, Austria and entered Germany. A long night with snow, snow and snow. And when the sun was rising we finially arrived in Holland. Directly I made my first mistake, I stopped at a fuel station and bought a cappuccino! STUPID!! Of course, it tasted like...

Our little house in Delft was still there, nice and clean (thanks Birgit!). After emptying the car I placed my Italian souvenirs on my desk. Strange, really strange to be in Delft again. We went to the supermarket to get some food. But even the supermarket was confusing! I was looking for the plastic hand gloves to take the fruit, but they weren't there. I was searching for the nummers to weigh the vegetables, but here it is easier to read the names. Waaah, the girl behind the cash desk speaks Dutch!! What do I have to say back?? And she is too fast, no queue, no waiting, help, stress!!

A day later I feel more at home, it is raining, snowing and windy. During my last days at Ferrari my colleagues have signed a poster with their names. Today I have put the Ferrari poster in a frame and placed it on the wall, it looks great!
