It is a mistery! How is it possible, above Brabant (a province of Holland) strange figures of contrails have been seen! And people saw an aircraft that suddenly vanished in a contrail!?! And what about the contrails that were behind the aircraft, then suddenly dissappeared and two seconds later appeared again!?!

I found these kind of questions and texts on a Dutch website. We really laughed about it during a lecture on the university! Not because we don't believe in UFO's, no, because the aircraft of the university/NLR made these contrails :-)

Every student that studies Aerospace Engineering will make some test flights with the Citation (see photo above). To show the aircraft behavior during a spiral, Dutch rolls and parabole flight (zero-G). I can imagine that people are concerned when they see an aircraft moving like that, haha!! But don't worry, we are no aliens!!

I did these test flights 2 years ago, it is part of the third and last year of the bachelor program. In a few weeks I will have my last exams of my master, time is going fast! I'm looking forward to do these last exams because it is too busy now. Studying, cycling, studying, cycling, help! Last weekend I couldn't race because I was ill. I had been too busy and didn't rest enough, always the same problem. But I'm getting better again and next Sunday I will race again in the Dolmans Heuvelland Classic. Probably it will be a tough race for me, I'm not fit yet, but for sure I can help my team mates in some way!
